With two attorneys who are licensed pilots, our firm understands the complexities of aviation litigation. Chuck Taylor became a licensed pilot at age 16. He has logged many hours in both fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Chuck flew helicopters in the Tennessee National Guard for many years and has been a certified instructor for both fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Chuck has successfully tried many jury cases, primarily in U.S. District Court.
Farrell A. Levy is also a licensed pilot. He has participated in numerous aircraft cases. Farrell is a Board Certified Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is certified as Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. He has been selected as a Fellow of the Council of Litigation Fellows. Farrell has been selected as a Super Lawyer in Plaintiff's Personal Injury in the Mid-South Super Lawyers magazine in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Combining aviation knowledge and expertise with a talented and experienced legal team increases the chance of successful outcome. Aviation litigation often involves tragic injuries or deaths and extremely complex facts. Having an attorney who understands flying an aircraft can be invaluable in the heat of a trial.
