In today's complex world, it sometimes seems that it is inevitable that a business will be involved in litigation. However, with careful planning, proper document preparation and implementation of good corporate and business practices, litigation can often be avoided or reduced. We take great pride in offering our wide array of experience to businesses.
Unfortunately, sometimes litigation cannot be avoided. Our firm has had the opportunity to successfully represent all sizes and many types of businesses. In particular, Chuck Taylor has represented a major retailer in hundreds of cases and tried dozens of those cases to a jury verdict in state and federal courts. He has also been involved in numerous other complex suits involving contract disputes, lien disputes, serious personal injuries and construction defects.
Marty McDonald, Farrell A. Levy and Amelia G. Crotwell have also represented many businesses, both in and out of court. They understand the needs and requirements of representing a business, whether it is large or small.

If litigation does happen, our attorneys are experienced in many types of business litigation. Farrell A. Levy is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Specialization and as Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Marty McDonald and Chuck Taylor are both listed by the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 Mediator.
