Jennifer Chadwell joined McDonald, Levy, Taylor & Crotwell in 2003. Ms. Chadwell’s legal practice includes civil litigation, worker’s compensation, personal injury, debt collection, family law, probate, and criminal defense. She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers of America, and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Chadwell performs pro bono estate planning for the Hope Center, which is a support program with Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center for HIV/AIDS patients.
Ms. Chadwell obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee in 2003. While at the University of Tennessee, Ms. Chadwell was a member of the criminal defense society and participated in an internship with the Knox County District Attorney’s Office, Juvenile Division.
Ms. Chadwell received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Milligan College in 2000. Ms. Chadwell graduated with honors from Milligan College, magna cum laude. While at Milligan, she minored in Legal Assistance and was a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society, Service Seekers, and the Milligan College Singers.
Ms. Chadwell resides in Oliver Springs, Tennessee where she is involved in numerous church activities, including teaching the two and three year old children and participating in different leadership roles during Vacation Bible School. She also enjoys gardening, painting, Egyptian history, and Nascar racing.
