

Ms. Fuller earned a Bachelor of Science in Business at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2005. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008.
While studying at the College of Law, Ms. Fuller received the Certificate for Academic Excellence in Trial Practice. She was a member of the Tennessee Law Review, and served as Student Materials Editor (2007-2008) for the journal. She received the Judge Harry W. Laughlin, Jr. Case Note Award for her article Property Law-Wills-Effect of Lapsed Residuary Gifts in the State of Tennessee, 73 Tenn. L. Rev.711 (2006). This article is cited in the Tennessee treatise Pritchard on Wills and Administration of Estates and is referenced multiple times in the Tennessee Code Annotated.
Ms. Fuller began working at McDonald | Levy as a law clerk in 2007 and became an associate attorney with the firm in 2008. Her practice focuses on general civil litigation, elder law, family law, and estate planning.
She is a member of several professional organizations: the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, and the Tennessee Association for Justice. She is also a member of the East Tennessee Historical Society, and she offers pro bono services to the Knoxville Legal Aid Society.
Ms. Fuller enjoys travel, cooking, tennis, and playing with her Bengal cat, Siva.
